I have a screenshot of the file where it's clearly mentioned on instructions to knock during delivery, screenshot as per the attached file. Please do and take immediate actions on this. I do sorry if I been mad but I can see that he is not reading and following instructions given to him. I was still talking but he just ignored me and I said I must complain you. I know his tired, but he should not treat his client like that. I told I have instructed your team to knock and he was saying that there was no instructions given on the paper. I have approached him (Kyas - name of the delivery guy, his tall and bit fat). He used the doorbell once and that time I was carrying my baby who is sleeping already and made another doorbell. To cut the story short, today at around 5:10, your delivery guy came and he didn't follow the given instructions. I have provided my locations and advised to please inform the delivery guy to make sure not to doorbell as my baby is sleeping during the delivery slot time and requested to knock instead. On Friday dated 20th May around 5:30pm, I received a call from your customer team regarding this document and requested to arrange the delivery direct to my place since we are doing office recollections. Hope everyone is fine, basically I have documents expected to receive today from Doha under tracking number. Aramex have yet to respond despite many follow ups. ![]() Given Aramex UAE did not provide the services offered and paid for, I lodged a complaint and requested a refund. All other contact with Aramex was a series of frustrating scripted responses, excuses, dishonesty and a lack of engagement. The staff at Goonellabah are the only people who were in any way helpful during this process. We were advised that without this solution it may be another week before the documents would be delivered. We then sent someone from Woodenbong to Lismore (Goonellabah) to collect the documents ourselves on day 10 – they were not delivered by Aramex. This took considerable effort and us contacting the warehouses directly, a staff member in Lismore did multiple searches before eventually finding the documents which we are told were “in an obscure location”. We therefore contacted the Australian teams directly.Īfter many phone calls with Aramex in Sydney and in various regional centres we were able to track down the documents. No one in Aramex UAE was able to provide information or escalate to resolve the issue despite my many calls. They could not find my documents or answer questions about when it would delivered. The documents were legal documents which were urgent and important.Īfter the 4 days came and went, I chased Aramex and got the run around. I was offered a 4 day express service which I accepted and paid for.
